Passport A valid 10 year passport is required. It must be valid for at least 3 months after you return to the UK. Non British citizens must check with the relevant Embassy for passport and visa requirements. Insurance In all cases it is recommended pilgrims obtain a European Health Insurance Card (Available from Main Post Office). All insurance claims are subject to an excess. Insurance is not transferable. This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no pre-existing medical conditions, and are travelling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the financial impact of specified unforeseen circumstances/events relating to or occurring during the trip. Full details of these circumstances/events, levels of cover and terms and conditions can be found in the policy booklet. IMPORTANT - you may already posses alternative insurance(s) for some or all of the features and benefits provided by this product; it is your responsibility to investigate this. We will not provide you with advice about the suitability of this product for your individual needs; we will however be happy to provide you with factual information to aid you in making your own informed buying decision. Leisure Time Travel are an Appointed Representative of ITC Compliance Limited who are authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Money Traveller's cheques are recommended, with a smaller anount of foreign currency. Children Under 12 sharing with 2 adults, £25 off brochure price on all pilgrimages. Under 12 sharing wuth one adult, £10 off brochure price on all pilgrimages. Coaches Travel will be by air-conditioned coach, equipped with reclining seats, toilet, hot/cold drinks, stereo, video equipment. A Leisure Time courier will accompany each trip. All coaches and flights are non-smoking. Whilst we make every effort to accomodate customers in their allocated seats, we reserve the right to change these should conditions necessitate. Baggage One medium sized suitcase per person (15kg). Stops Comfort stops will be made throughout the coach journey. Hotels Hotels used are a minimum two star standard, unless stated. Rooms Single rooms are available, subject to payment of a supplement. Treble rooms are often a twin room with a put-up bed added and are not recommended. To reserve a place with Leisure Time Travel simply fill in the online booking form (or alternatively submit a brochure request form - and we will post you out a brochure with booking form enclosed). Then fill in accordingly and post with a deposit of £50 per person (coach tours) or £100 per person (air tours). All balances must be paid in full eight weeks before departure. No reminder will be sent. It is essential we are informed if you wish to take a wheelchair. Passengers doing so must be accompanied by an able-bodied person. Due to limited luggage capacity on coach tours, electric wheelchairs are not permitted. Non-disclosure of a pre-existing medical condition or travelling against a doctor's advice could invalidate insurance. Booking Conditions Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges: If the booking is cancelled more than 31 days before departure, deposit is forfeited. Less than 31 days but more than 14 days, 50% of total cost. 14 days or less, complete forfeiture of total cost of booking. Bookings are not transferable. If you change the name of any passenger on the booking this constitutes a cancellation and the new passenger must pay the full pilgrimage/tour costs plus insurance premium. All bookings are based on shared room accomodation, unless a single room supplement has been paid. In the event of cancellation by one or more members of your party, leaving one person in a single room, a single room supplement must be paid. Complaints must be reported to your courier. If not resolved you must send written details within 28 days of your return. Cancellation By Us Pilgrimages can only be supplied at the advertised price, provided that a satisfactory number of bookings are made. If we cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or refund all money paid, but we will be under no further liability. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of a valid passport and any necessary visa. We will accept no responsibility and are not liable for any form of compensation if any passenger is refused entry by the immigration authorities of any country for whatever reason, or is not in possession of a valid visa or passport. All itineraries for pilgrimages, tours, hotels, etc. are published in good faith. They are in all cases subject to revision imposed by hotels, etc. and we do not hold ourselves responsible for any alteration necesary. Neither can we accept liability for acts or commissions of hoteliers, ferry, coach or air operators.
